REV360! | Interval training utilizing patented Coach by Color Technology! This class is a full hour of our one of a kind High Intensity Interval Training, utilizing our Coach by Color technology! With rockin’ music, amazing instructors and the best atmosphere around, you’re going to want to come back over and over again!

BASIC TRAINING

Have some frustrations to get out? Feeling a little stressed? Don’t worry, we have the solution for you! Get ready for a fun, past paced class where cycling meets kickboxing! Thirty minutes of kickboxing followed by thirty minutes of high-intensity cycling, then we stretch it out! #BOOM!

POWER CYCLE

Strength training mingles with Coach by Color Technology – grab your dumbbells! This class incorporates the best of both worlds! The first half of class will get those muscle pumped up with circuit/Strength training followed by our amazing Coach by Color Cycling Experience!
